The cheapest Virgin Media broadband deals in November 2026 are M250 and M350, both at £21.99 a month in Virgin’s Black Friday sale, which ends on 6 December 2026, and its fastest widely sold deal, Gig1, starts at £26.99. Every deal rises by a fixed £4 a month each April, so the tables below show what each one really costs over its 24-month contract.

This page lists every current Virgin Media broadband offer, including Volt and Flex TV. Virgin Media’s prices apply where available: its network doesn’t reach every street, and prices can vary by address. Enter your postcode before you decide.

Virgin Media broadband deals and offers, November 2026

Virgin’s current new-customer broadband offers start at £21.99 a month for M250 or M350 in its Black Friday sale (until 6 December 2026), and all are on 24-month contracts with a £4 rise each April. That rise is a mid-contract price rise you can plan for, so we’ve added it to every price.

Gig2 is sold on Virgin’s full fibre network in selected areas only. The other packages run on Virgin’s cable broadband network or its full fibre network, depending on your address, and every home Virgin serves can get gigabit broadband.

At the time of checking, M350 cost the same as the slower M250, so if both are offered at your address, M350 is the better buy.

✅ You crave speed and reliability for streaming/gaming.

✅ Bundling TV/mobile saves you money (especially with Volt).

✅ Future-proofing matters (Gig1/Gig2).

Broadband and phone

Deals with a home phone (weekend calls included) cost a little more than Virgin’s broadband-only “from” prices.

Gig1 + home phone1,130Mbps£29.99£33.99£37.99£823.76

None of these deals carried a reward or cashback when we checked. On every package in the table, the phone line added £3 a month to Virgin’s broadband-only price, which is £72 over the contract.

How we worked out the 24-month totals

Each total assumes a contract starting in November 2026: five months at the starting price, 12 months after the April 2027 rise and seven months after the April 2028 rise.

Dividing by 24 gives the equivalent average monthly cost: for M125 broadband only that is £28.32 a month, not the £23.99 headline. The two rises together add £104 to any Virgin deal over 24 months.

Which Virgin Media deal suits you

  • M125: one or two people. 132Mbps handles HD streaming, video calls and browsing for a small household. In Virgin’s Black Friday sale it cost £2 a month more than the faster M250 and M350, so check those first; read our M125 review.
  • M350: the value pick for families. At these prices it cost the same as M250 and £2 a month less than M125, for nearly three times the speed of M125. See the M350 review or M250 review.
  • M500: busy homes with lots of devices. 516Mbps for several 4K streams and big game downloads at once; read the M500 review.
  • Gig1: the best-value fast deal. Just £2 a month more than M500 for more than double the speed, and the WiFi Guarantee is included. See the Gig1 review.
  • Gig2: specialists only. 2,000Mbps on full fibre, at £23 a month more than Gig1. Few households will notice the difference.

Not sure? Our guide to what speed you need works it out by household.

Volt deals for O2 customers

If anyone in your home has an O2 Pay Monthly plan, Volt is usually the better way to buy Virgin broadband, because it costs nothing extra. Virgin says Volt bundles start from £28.99 a month on a 24-month contract. You get:

  • A free speed boost. Your broadband moves to the next speed up, to a maximum of 1Gbps. The upload speed add-on isn’t boosted.
  • Double data. Eligible O2 Pay Monthly SIMs in the household get twice the data, unless they’re already unlimited.
  • The WiFi Guarantee. It’s included at no extra cost, instead of £8 a month.
  • Priority from O2. You get O2’s rewards scheme.

Volt suits households where at least one person already pays O2 for a phone plan, or is about to. The boost matters most at the bottom of the range: an M125 or M250 customer gets the next speed up for the same price.

Gig1 customers are already at the 1Gbps cap, so their gain is the double data and the WiFi Guarantee rather than speed. If nobody in the home uses O2, Volt has nothing to add, so compare the broadband-only prices above instead.

Volt SIMs on O2’s Classic plan cost £4 for 4GB, £6 for 10GB, £10 for 30GB and £15 for unlimited data, on 24 months.

Virgin Media and O2 keep separate contracts and bills, and each has its own April rise. O2’s prices page says its airtime plans go up by a fixed £2.50 a month each April, starting in April 2027. Your O2 contract summary confirms the amount for your SIM.

Broadband and TV: Flex

Virgin’s simplest TV option is Flex: 150+ channels on a Stream box for £5 a month on a rolling 30-day contract, alongside 24-month broadband of at least 50Mbps. At a sample address, M125 broadband with Flex cost £28.99, rising to £32.99 and then £36.99: £799.76 over 24 months.

You can add Netflix or Sky Cinema to Flex with 10% back as bill credit, and TNT Sports costs £25 a month on 30 days. Because Flex rolls monthly, you can drop TV without touching the broadband contract. For bigger TV packages, see our guide to broadband and TV bundles.

Extra costs to check before you order

Extra Virgin Media charges, from its price guide and deal pages, November 2026

ChargeAmount
Set-up or activation on home broadband deals£0 (“no mandatory setup or activation fees”)
Engineer when you could self-install£30
Home delivery of kit£5 (no fee for Yodel click and collect)
WiFi Guarantee£8 a month (free with Gig1, Gig2, Volt)
Hub 5 not returned when you leaveup to £75
Leaving earlyearly disconnection fee, based on the months left; Virgin tells you the amount before you cancel

The set-up cost is the one to watch: if your home already has Virgin’s cable, a free QuickStart self-install is the cheap route. The early termination fee only applies if you leave before your 24 months are up; our guide to leaving Virgin Media explains it. The Virgin Media Hub guide covers the router you’ll be sent.

If you’re on Universal Credit, Pension Credit or certain other benefits, Virgin’s social tariff is far cheaper: Essential Broadband is £12.50 for 15Mbps and Essential Broadband Plus £20 for 54Mbps, both rolling monthly with no exit fee.

Is Virgin Media the cheapest option?

Not always. Full fibre rivals on other networks can undercut Virgin at the same speed, especially once rewards are counted. These rival prices are for a sample UK address, so check yours.

Virgin Media Gig1 (where available)1,130Mbps£26.99none£751.76
BT Fibre 900 only900Mbps£28.99£110£799.76

On these prices Vodafone Full Fibre 150 was £96.76 cheaper than M125 over 24 months, and Vodafone Full Fibre 500 £36.76 cheaper than M500 before its reward.

Gig1 now beats BT before rewards: it costs £48 less than BT’s 900Mbps deal over 24 months and is faster, although BT’s £110 reward puts BT £62 ahead once claimed. For more on price, see the cheapest broadband deals, or browse all broadband providers.

What happens when your Virgin Media deal ends

Every price above is a 24-month new-customer price. When the minimum term ends, Virgin moves you to its standard price, and the jump is large. These are the post-contract prices in the small print of each deal.

Virgin Media standard prices after the 24-month deal, checked 8 November 2026

PackageDeal price nowPrice after 24 monthsGap from the starting price
M125£23.99£36.79£12.80
M350£21.99£34.49£12.50
M500£24.99£37.94£12.95
Gig1£26.99£40.24£13.25
Gig2 Full Fibre£49.99£66.69£16.70

By the time a deal ends you’ll already be paying £8 more after two April rises, so the final step is smaller than the gap shown, but the standard price is still well above a new deal. The month before your contract ends is the time to act: renew, haggle or switch.

If you don’t want a long contract, Virgin also sells 30-day rolling broadband. Its rolling contract page doesn’t list prices, so enter your postcode on Virgin’s site to see what it costs at your address.

Getting a better price from Virgin Media

  • New customers get the best prices. These offers are for new customers. If you’re already with Virgin, compare them with what you pay.
  • Watch for your end-of-contract notice. Ofcom requires providers to send it 10 to 40 days before your contract ends, with your next price and their best deals.
  • Don’t drift onto the standard price. Virgin’s out-of-contract prices are much higher, for example £36.79 for M125.
  • Ask for a retention deal. Quote the new-customer price for your package when you call. Our guide on how to haggle with Virgin Media has a script.
  • Check Volt first. If you have O2, Volt adds a speed boost for nothing.
