Need to Get in Touch?

Please note, we are a comparison website and not an Internet service provider. If you’re trying to contact your supplier, we provide a list of broadband supplier contact numbers.

If you are a broadband service provider we would be very pleased to talk with you to ensure our customers are provided with the best deals and offers available. Please contact us at suppliers@comparebroadbandpackages.co.uk.

For all advertising and sponsorship on this site please contact Marc Ferguson at marc@comparebroadbandpackages.co.uk.

How we make money

We have established commercial agreements with providers, through which we receive commission payments for certain services.

On occasion, we may receive additional commissions or fees from providers to showcase their deals. These sponsored deals are clearly identified as such at the top of the results. It is important to note that, aside from these sponsored positions, the order of results is not influenced by commissions.

Rest assured that our fees have no impact on the cost of any deals featured on CompareBroadbandPackages.co.uk.

Limitations

  1. Legacy tariffs are not included in our listings.
  2. Currently, we do not feature deals that offer discounted prices for customers who choose to pay for their contracts upfront.
  3. We may not include all deals specifically tailored for existing customers unless the providers inform us about them.
  4. Deals that require a third-party landline are only displayed on the provider’s pages to maintain accurate comparison results.
  5. Our focus is on selecting TV bundles that are most relevant to customers, so while we include all base packages, not all available add-ons are featured. These can be chosen on the providers’ websites.
  6. Our calculations and results do not account for call plans or add-on options for international calls. Typically, call plans are limited to UK calls and landlines. Please refer to the provider’s call plan description for more information.
  7. Any additional charges incurred outside of the included allowance, such as call charges or exceeding data limits, are not factored into the advertised prices and comparison calculations.
  8. We strive to keep our information up to date, but mistakes can happen, and sometimes we may not be notified of changes. If you come across a deal that is no longer available, please contact us.

How it works

Our mission is to help you in finding the best deal and giving you the knowledge to make informed decisions by providing you helpful guides. Some people prioritize the lowest cost, while others prioritize the fastest option. Regardless of your preferences, it is important to be aware of the available choices.

Simply enter your postcode, and we will search the available deals in your local area. For more detailed information about any deal, you can click on “more info” to access a comprehensive cost breakdown. This includes technical details like router specifications and traffic management policies.

We update our information on a daily basis, and each deal is reviewed by a human being at least once every 14 days. It is important to note that CompareBroadbandPackages.co.uk does not manipulate search results to favour any specific provider.

You can stay informed about the latest news, broadband guides and offers that may impact you as a customer by joining our email list below.

Featured providers

Our objective is to show a broad range of internet service providers and their offerings. However, it is important to note that we do not feature every provider in the market.

We may decline to include a provider if they have a significant rate of cancellations. Certain providers may choose not to participate in price comparison platforms.
