“DQDB” stands for Distributed Queue Dual Bus. It’s a network topology used for Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) that allows for high-speed data transmission. DQDB consists of two unidirectional buses for data transfer with a distributed queuing system to manage traffic and prevent collisions.
