Beebu is a small, Hampshire-based provider that sells full fibre broadband on other companies’ networks, including CityFibre, Openreach and several regional altnets. Its prices are clear and its reviews are good, but with a £3 rise every April it isn’t cheaper than the big names once rewards are counted.

Prices in this review were checked on 1 November 2026. Beebu’s prices are “based on location”, and rival prices come from a sample UK address, so check your own postcode before you sign.
Our verdict in brief
Beebu is a genuine home broadband provider. It sells full fibre broadband only, with no landline, on a 24-month contract, with speeds from 115Mbps to 1,000Mbps.
Its strengths are plain pricing and a friendly support team. Beebu shows its April rises in pounds on its homepage, and customers rated it 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 280 reviews when we checked.
The weak points are its size and its value. Beebu’s gigabit plan costs about £188 more than Vodafone’s over 24 months at our sample address, and customer service closes at 5.30pm and at weekends.
Pros
- Rises stated in pounds. Beebu adds a fixed £3 a month each April, shown on its homepage.
- No landline needed. Every package is “Full Fibre Broadband Only”.
- Several networks. It can reach homes on CityFibre, Openreach and regional networks like MS3.
- Speed guarantee. Leave without a fee if speeds stay below the minimum and Beebu can’t fix it in 30 days.
- Good reviews. 74% of Trustpilot reviews were five-star when we checked.
Cons
- No sign-up reward. Big rivals’ cash or voucher rewards make them cheaper over 24 months.
- Short support hours. Phone, WhatsApp and email, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
- Some unhappy customers. 13% of its Trustpilot reviews were one-star.
- Little independent data. Ofcom’s complaint figures don’t cover a provider this size.
- Mixed speed details. Its homepage and its speed-guarantee page list different entry tiers.
Who Beebu is and which networks it uses
Beebu is the trading name of Beebu Telecom Limited, based in Fareham, Hampshire. ISPreview reported its official launch in June 2024, with David Kilby as chief executive.
Beebu doesn’t build its own cables. It is a retail provider that buys wholesale full fibre (FTTP) from network owners and sells it to homes under its own name.
At launch, ISPreview named its partners as CityFibre, MS3, Freedom Fibre, FullFibre and F&W Networks, plus the Openreach network. Point Topic’s industry profile says Beebu reaches Openreach lines through Vodafone’s wholesale service.
Beebu said at launch that its service was “accessible to 14.8 million homes in the UK”. It hasn’t published a newer figure. Its locations page lists areas from Hampshire, Dorset and London to Yorkshire, Norfolk, Manchester and Glasgow.
The MS3 network, for example, covers Hull, North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. Which network serves your home decides the speeds you can get. Our guide explains what full fibre means and how it differs from older part-fibre lines.
Beebu packages and prices
Beebu sells three full fibre packages, each on a 24-month contract. These are the “from” prices on its homepage; the price at your address may differ.
Beebu full fibre packages and prices, 1 November 2026
| Package | Speed (minimum) | Monthly price now | From April 2027 | From April 2028 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BeeBu 100 “Speeeee-dy” | 115Mbps (80Mbps) | from £23 | £26 | £29 |
| BeeBu 500 “Speeeee-dier” | 500Mbps (500Mbps) | from £27 | £30 | £33 |
| BeeBu 1000 “Speeeee-diest” | 1,000Mbps (700Mbps) | from £28 | £31 | £34 |
The gap between the 500Mbps and 1,000Mbps plans is only £1 a month, so the gigabit plan is the better buy if your address can get it. Beebu labels each speed “Download and upload”, but on some networks upload is slower, so check the figures at checkout.

Price rises: what Beebu’s terms say
Beebu’s terms (Version 5, January 2025) say: “During your Contract Term, we will increase the monthly amount you pay by £3 from April 2025 and each year thereafter.”
The rise happens once a year in April, with 30 days’ written notice. That fixed amount is why its homepage can show your price for April 2027 and April 2028.
The terms also let Beebu change charges for other reasons, such as higher costs from its suppliers. If it does, you can cancel without a fee within 30 days of the notice.
After 24 months you move to a 30-day rolling contract. Beebu’s FAQs say your bill then rises by £5 a month, and each later yearly rise is £3 or its supplier’s increase, whichever is higher.
Contract, set-up and leaving
Beebu’s contracts are “normally 24 months”. We found no set-up, activation or router delivery fee on its homepage, FAQs or terms, so confirm the total at checkout..
Beebu can charge for an engineer’s visit in some cases, such as a wrong address, cancelling a visit with under three days’ notice, or a fault that turns out not to be Beebu’s. The fee must be agreed in writing first.
Leaving early means paying all the monthly charges left in your minimum term, which Beebu calls Termination Fees. Outside the 14-day cooling-off period you need to give 30 days’ notice.
Beebu’s router and Wi-Fi
Every order comes with a Beebu router, which its FAQs describe as “Pro Wi-Fi 6”. Beebu’s installation guide covers two models, a “BeeBu Full Fibre Hub” and a “standard BeeBu Hub”, the latter a Zyxel router.
If you already have a full fibre connection, you plug the router in yourself. You can use your own router, but Beebu’s support covers its own kit only.
The router stays Beebu’s property. Its terms say loss, damage or not returning it when asked “may result in a charge of £75”. Beebu doesn’t sell mesh WiFi add-ons, and some Trustpilot reviewers mention weak WiFi in larger homes.
Speed guarantee and customer service
Beebu says it isn’t signed up to Ofcom’s voluntary Broadband Speeds Code of Practice. It offers its own minimum speed guarantee instead.
Beebu minimum speed guarantee, from Beebu’s own page
| Package | Estimated speed | Guaranteed minimum |
|---|---|---|
| 160Mbps | 100Mbps | 50Mbps |
| 500Mbps | 500Mbps | 250Mbps |
| 1000Mbps | 900Mbps | 450Mbps |
If your speed falls below the minimum for three days in a row and Beebu can’t fix it within 30 days, you can leave without an early termination fee. These figures don’t match the homepage’s tiers and minimums, so check the speeds in your contract summary.
For support, Beebu has phone and WhatsApp on 0333 0044 466 and email, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Complaints get a final written response within 8 weeks, after which you can go to the free Ombudsman Services scheme.
On Trustpilot, Beebu scored 4.3 out of 5 from 280 reviews when we checked on 1 November 2026, with 64 in the past year. 74% were five-star and 13% one-star, and it had replied to every negative review.
Reviewers praise the phone team and smooth installs. The negative reviews mention dropouts, a missed engineer visit, an order blocked by a line transfer on Freedom Fibre, and the annual price rise.
Ofcom’s quarterly complaint figures cover only the UK’s main providers, so there is no Ofcom figure for Beebu.
How Beebu compares over 24 months
This table sets Beebu against two big providers at our sample address. All three have fixed April rises; the rivals’ totals take off their sign-up rewards.
24-month cost, Beebu against Vodafone and Plusnet, November 2026 start
| Deal | Speed | Starting price | Rises | 24-month total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BeeBu 1000 | 1,000Mbps | from £28 | £31 Apr 2027, £34 Apr 2028 | £750 |
| Vodafone Full Fibre 910 | 910Mbps | £26.50 | £30 from 1 Apr 2027, £33.50 from 1 Apr 2028 | £562 |
| BeeBu 100 | 115Mbps | from £23 | £26 Apr 2027, £29 Apr 2028 | £630 |
| Plusnet Full Fibre 145 | 145Mbps | £21.99 | £25.99 from 31 Mar 2027, £29.99 from 31 Mar 2028 | £506.76 |
Before rewards, Beebu is close to the big names: Plusnet Full Fibre 145 comes to £631.76 against Beebu’s £630. The rewards are what put Vodafone and Plusnet ahead, by £123.24 at the entry speed.
If Beebu is the only full fibre provider on your local network, that comparison may not apply to you. For the lowest prices overall, see our guide to the cheapest broadband deals, or browse our UK broadband provider guides.
How to check if Beebu is available
Enter your postcode in Beebu’s availability checker to see which packages, speeds and prices reach your home. Because Beebu uses several networks, the checker is the only way to know which one would serve you.
Check Beebu availability and prices at your address
If you already have full fibre from another provider on the same network, you may only need to plug in Beebu’s router. Otherwise the network’s engineer will install the line. Before choosing a tier, think about what speed you need for the number of people and devices at home.
